Frequently Asked Questions
New Patients
Yes. We are always happy to welcome new patients to our office. Whether you are new to the area or simply looking for a different dental experience, our team works hard to make the process simple, comfortable, and welcoming.
Switching is easier than many patients expect. Our team can help with transferring records, coordinating information, and scheduling your first appointment. We are here to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Your first visit is designed to help you feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. We will review your dental and medical history, take any necessary digital X-rays, complete a thorough exam, and talk with you about your oral health, concerns, and goals. We want you to leave feeling confident and well informed.
That is okay. Our goal is never to judge, but to help you move forward with supportive, personalized care. We are here to meet you where you are and help you feel comfortable taking the next step.
Insurance and Payment
Our office is completely out of network, which means we are not contracted with insurance companies. Even so, many patients are still able to use their dental benefits here. As a courtesy, we submit claims to your insurance for you so you can receive any out-of-network reimbursement your plan allows.
Yes. Even though we are out of network, we still submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf. Our team is happy to help with the process and provide the information needed so you can make the most of your available benefits.
Our team can help review your benefits and provide an estimate based on the information available from your insurance company. While insurance companies do not guarantee payment in advance, we do our best to help you understand your expected benefits and any out-of-pocket costs before treatment.
Yes. We believe dental care should feel clear and manageable. We provide honest treatment estimates and can discuss payment and financing options with you before treatment begins.
Out of network simply means our office does not have a contract with your insurance company. It does not mean you cannot use your benefits here. Depending on your plan, your insurance may still help pay for a portion of your care, and we will help you understand how that works.
In many cases, yes. If you have a PPO plan, you may still have out-of-network benefits that can be used at our office. Coverage varies by plan, but we are happy to help you understand your benefits and what to expect.
Many patients choose an out-of-network office because they value personalized care, honest recommendations, strong relationships, and the freedom to receive treatment based on what is best for them rather than what an insurance contract may limit. Our focus is always on quality care and transparency.
Comfort and Care
You are not alone. Many patients feel anxious about dental visits, and we understand how important it is to feel comfortable and supported. Our team takes a gentle, compassionate approach and works to create a calm, welcoming environment for every patient.
We take time to explain your oral health, discuss any findings, and review your treatment options clearly. We want you to feel fully informed so you can choose the care that best fits your needs, goals, and comfort level.

Yes. In addition to digital imaging and scanners, we use advanced tools to support radiograph review and treatment planning. These technologies help us evaluate your dental health thoroughly while keeping your care thoughtful, personalized, and transparent.
Appointments and Emergencies
For most patients, regular checkups and cleanings every six months are recommended. Some patients may benefit from more frequent visits depending on their oral health needs. We will always tailor our recommendations to what is best for you.
