Meet The Doctors

Dr. Thomas Kopp, D.D.S.
Dr. Thomas Kopp earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 1985 and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois-Chicago, College of Dentistry in 1989. After graduating from Dental School, Dr. Kopp served as a dentist in the U.S. Navy for seven years including a tour of duty on the USS Samuel Gompers during Operation Desert Storm.
In 1995, Dr. Kopp joined the Crystal Lake practice of Dr. Joseph Frazier providing dental care to patients throughout McHenry County. Dr. Kopp continues to advance his dental education by attending monthly meetings of the McHenry County Dental Society and yearly meetings of the Chicago Dental Society. He also participates in continuing education seminars throughout the year and is currently enrolled in Graduate Courses in Restorative Implant Dentistry. Dr. Kopp is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, and the McHenry County Dental Society. Dr. Kopp grew up in Schaumburg, Illinois and now resides in Crystal Lake with his wife, Karen, and their three children.

Dr. John Bloom, D.D.S.
Dr. John D. Bloom earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of Oklahoma’s College of Dentistry in 1991. After graduating from Dental School, Dr. Bloom served as a dentist in the US Navy for 21 years. His tours of duty have included Orlando Florida, Yuma Arizona, a ship tour on the USS CORONADO, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, and deployment with the Marines during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Dr. Bloom held administrative positions as the Director of Dental Services and as the Executive Officer of the former Navy Hospital at Great Lakes Naval Training Center.
Dr. Bloom’s broad range of clinical and administrative roles in his Navy career included a one year advanced clinical program in Oral Surgery. Dr. Bloom joined the practice in 2009. He also participates in continuing education seminars throughout the year and is currently enrolled in Graduate Courses in Restorative Implant Dentistry. Dr. Bloom is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, and the McHenry County Dental Society. Dr. Bloom grew up in Frankfort Indiana, and currently resides in Libertyville with his wife Mistele and their four children.

Dr. Brandon Full, D.D.S.
Dr. Brandon Full earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Iowa and went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics in 2018.
During his time at the University of Iowa, Dr. Full met his wife, Dr. Jen, and they were fortunate to attend dental school together. After graduation, he practiced dentistry in private offices in Georgia and Missouri while Dr. Jen served as a dentist in the United States Army. When her military service concluded, they moved to Illinois to be closer to family and to raise their two young daughters in the welcoming Crystal Lake community.
Dr. Full is dedicated to continuing education and advancing his skills to provide the highest level of care to his patients. He is a Fellow of the Implant Pathway Continuum and has completed advanced training in laser dentistry and clear aligner therapy. He actively participates in continuing education seminars and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the McHenry County Dental Society.
Originally from rural northwest Iowa, Dr. Full comes from a farming family who continue to farm grain and raise livestock. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his passion for the outdoors, including golfing,archery hunting, and fishing.

Dr. Jennifer Full, D.D.S.
Dr. Jennifer Full (Dr. Jen), grew up in Palatine, IL. She attended the University of Iowa for undergraduate studies and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology. She continued her education in Iowa City and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics in 2018.
Following dental school, Dr. Jen served as a dentist in the United States Army for five years providing care to service members. During her time in the military, she was stationed at Fort Benning (now Fort Moore), Georgia, where she completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry. She was then stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The experience, camaraderie, and professional growth the Army provided was unforgettable and a valued part of her career, but Dr. Jen and her husband always planned to settle down and establish roots for their family close to home.
Dr. Jen is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, and the McHenry County Dental Society. She is an avid life-long learner and attends continuing education whenever possible to stay up-to-date with evidence-based treatments and products for her patients.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Jen cherishes time with her husband and their two young daughters. She enjoys gardening, trail walks, reading, and listening to podcasts.

Dr. Rachel Ehlers, D.D.S.
Dr. Rachel Ehlers is excited to be joining our team, in 2023. She received her biological sciences degree from Marquette University she pursued and graduated with her Doctorate from Marquette University.
She is a Cary-Grove graduate and is excited to be back living in the area. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing tennis, and boating on the river. She will be getting married this September. Dr. Ehlers is thrilled to meet everyone and looks forward to serving the community where she grew up.
